According to the latest news from Bleeping Computer, hackers are selling these Zoom accounts for a cheap rate. Also, in many cases, they are also being made available for free. According to the information about free Zoom accounts was first reported by cyberspace intelligence firm Saibal on 1 April. After that The went to the hackers and bought 530,000 zoom credentials from them for $ 0.0020 per ie, about 0.15 paise per account.

The report also said that these accounts were hacked through credential stuffing attacks. They used to login to the app from previously leaked accounts. After this, any credentials that were logged in were sold to other hackers. The report states that such attacks are not new to Zoom.

According to the report, these Zoom accounts include email addresses, passwords, personal meeting URLs and HostKeys. Of these, 290 accounts are from the University of Vermont, Dartmouth, Lafayette, Florida, Colorado, among others. At the same time, some accounts are held by Citibank, Chase, and others. Both Bleeping Computer and Cybele companies have alleged that they have verified some accounts and all these credentials are valid.

To keep ourselves from hacking users are advised to change their Zoom passwords. Especially when you are using this password elsewhere. Users can check whether their email address has been hacked by going to Cybele's AmIBreached service or Have I Been Pwned.
